In fact, if you were using a 70/30 ratio of PG to VG, you can still get more or less the same hit by using a 50/50 ratio instead. While it will always be thicker than the former ratio, it will maintain its experience even when the temperature changes. 

If you are unsure about the PG/VG concentration of your e-juice, simply check the label—most e-juice bottles will come with a PG/VG description imprinted on it. Do note that once temperatures do drop, the high-VG vape juice will get even thicker—so now you are given the option to switch back to higher PG juices.

Other than swapping your e-juices out for higher-VG ones, there are a few other things you can do to maintain a consistent vaping experience. For example, you should be storing the juices properly by keeping them in cool, dark places in tinted glass bottles.
